Compassion (Climbing rose / rosa / Rambler)

A beautiful peachy pink climber that is very easy to grow and quick to set itself up.

Color of the flowers: A profusion of fully double, apricot-tinted, salmon-pink flowers (repeat flowering).

Height: 2 - 3 meter (6 - 10 feet)

Flowering Period(s): June - October

Ideal position: sun

Pruning: For the first two or three years after planting, your new climbing rose will not require any pruning. Year 3 after the new shoots have flowered, cut the stems back to within 3-8 cm from the main frame branch. This will ensure that you get plenty of new shoots - which will then flower the next year.

Other features: This repeat-flowering climbing rose looks lovely displayed against a sunny wall. Best on fertile, moist, well-drained soil, it produce several flushes of beautifully shaped blooms, renowned for their superior scent.
